Police investigated a report of a disturbing threat made against a mom and a five-month-old baby.

Officers took a man into custody after a crash at the corner of 17th and Grandview shortly before 5 pm.
Officers arranged for the vehicle to be impounded and towed. Police transported the driver to the Ohio State Patrol Post for a sobriety test, but he refused to take it.
