Man Reports Chemicals Thrown in His Face on Morgan Drive
Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an apartment on Morgan drive at 4 am after a man claimed two men threw something on his face that burned his skin.
Officers and EMS responded to the scene, but the man refused an ambulance, saying he “Didn’t want to go to court.”

Officers noted multiple fresh burns on the man in locations where he had tattoos on his arms. However, he claimed those were old injuries.
He claimed bikers were responsible for fresh burns on his face, but officers said those burns appeared older than the burns on his tattoos.
