You’ve heard of drugs giving people the munchies before, but they usually don’t start grazing in fields.
Just after 9 am, witnesses reported a high man on Morgan Drive had attempted to get into a building. They said he was crawling in the gravel.
When a deputy arrived on the scene, they spotted the man munching on some grass at the end of Morgan Drive.
