1. Man Threatens to Open Fire Over Inferior Drugs
At 10 pm, Portsmouth Police responded to the Oasis Convenient mart after a man threatened to shoot people who had sold his friends bad drugs.
Officers arrested Shawn Pollard for parole violation. Pollard was currently wanted for a parole violation. He was released on supervision for a burglary charge back in October and has been arrested at least twice for violating parole.
Police booked him and then released him. Remember when someone violated parole, they stayed in jail?
