Marilyn Rosemary Bailey, 62, of Ironton, OH, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at UK King’s Daughters Medical Center, with her family by her side. She was born October 21, 1962, in Marion, OH to the late Melvin and Ruth (Moore) Morrow.
After high school she worked as an assembler for Cabletron Systems in Ironton, OH. Marilyn loved her family and enjoyed every minute she got to spend with them. She was a member of Pine Grove Free Will Baptist Church, Ironton, OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Glenn Morrow.
Those left to celebrate her life are a son: Joe (Amy) Bailey; a daughter: Ashley (Kelsie) Bailey; five grandchildren: Summer, Elijah, Ann, Jaxon and Ella; a great grandson: Dodge; two brothers: Chuck Morrow, Johnny Morrow and several other friends and family that will miss her.
A funeral service will be 1:00pm, Monday, October 13, 2025, at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home, 11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH with Pastor Robert Hersman officiating. Burial will follow in Old Wheelersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
