Masked BB Gun Bandit Strikes Again
Portsmouth’s BB gun bandit struck again, this time targeting a woman on Grant Street just before 7 pm.
In the previous week, several people have been struck by drive-by BB gun shootings in various areas of town. Victims include a child struck in the face on Vinton Avenue, a disabled man on a mobility scooter on 17th Street, and a woman walking out of Kroger.
This time the victim caught a glimpse of her attacker, whom she described as wearing a ski mask and driving a blue vehicle. She was not hurt in the attack but wanted to make the police aware of the incident.
