Naked Man Spotted Near Playground
A shocking citizen video of an incident in Wayne Hills has surfaced. The video uploaded to Facebook shows a completely naked adult male emerging from a wooded area just yards away from a playground frequented by children.
The man taking the video tells the nude man to get back into the woods and put clothes on because there are children around, and the nude man complies.
