Neighbors Feud Over Lawn Care – Ambulance Called
A feud over lawn maintenance in Lucasville resulted in deputies and an ambulance being dispatched to an Evelyn Avenue home.
A woman contacted deputies just before 4 pm to report a neighbor assaulted her because she was attempting to cut grass.
The neighbor called the police shortly before to complain that she was using a weed eater on her property.
Then a man for a squad at the scene said an elderly woman was having chest pains. When a deputy arrived on the scene, they detained a woman who was being uncooperative.
Deputies also viewed photos taken by witnesses showing some of the altercation. Due to the age of the combatants, officers decided to send information to the prosecutor’s office in lieu of arrests.
