Investigators from the Ohio Department of Health visited a local nursing home in reference to an incident involving a nurse and a patient.

They said that back in 2022 the agency discovered that a nurse at the facility had photos on her personal phone of a resident’s shoulder wound.
The Department of Health and Board of Nursing were investigating the nurse and had come to the facility to learn more.
