A witness flagged down an officer just after 11 pm to report a reckless driver at 8th and Campbell Avenue. The caller said the driver seemed to have overdosed behind the wheel.
An officer shattered a window to get to the woman in the vehicle and called for EMS. Once medics treated the woman, officers took her into custody and arranged to have the vehicle towed.

Police booked Corey Weaver into the Scioto County Jail for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
