At 4:45 pm, witnesses called into 9-1-1 to report they’d spotted an elderly woman, possibly suffering from dementia walking alone down St. Rte. 335 in pajamas.
The local VFD also received a call about the woman. Officers headed to the area to search for the woman and were told the woman lives in a camper on old 335. They made contact with her housemate, who was at the store and said he would head home to check on her.
The woman returned to her residence safe and sound.
