A man with loooong arrest record was back behind bars after officers served a felony warrant at a 7th Street Address.
When police went inside the residence, they found several people with open warrants, including Johnny Shane Warner. Warner, 49, has been booked into the Scioto County Jail 62 times. This Time the charges were disorderly conduct and parole violation.
Previous charges against Warner include forgery, tampering with evidence, drug possession, multiple parole and probation violations, breaking and entering, petty theft, contempt, and criminal trespass. Warner was most recently released on parole back in November of last year and arrested for disorderly conduct in December.
Officers also arrested Joshua Coakley, who had an open warrant in Union County, and picked up a woman with indictments for theft and drug possession.
PPD transported all 3 to the Scioto County Jail.
