Three of the four facilities listed on the state’s new Nursing Home Quality Navigator scored only 1 out of 5 stars.

Here’s how they ranked
Rosemount Pavillion – 1 out of 5 stars. State scores cited below average health inspections, staffing, and resident satisfaction scores.
River Run Health Care also received 1 out of 5 stars. The state cited low health inspection scores and low staffing. However, the 25-bed facility had a lower than average nurse turnover, and residents cited above average satisfaction with caregivers though family satisfaction with the facility was below average.
Bridgeport Health Care Center – 1 out of 5 stars. The state cited below average health inspections, poor staffing, and higher nursing turnover. Residents also had a below average satisfaction score.
The one bright spot in the listing was Hill View Retirement Center which scored 4 out of 5 stars. The facility scored much better than average health inspection and family satisfaction scores along with above average staffing and resident satisfaction with caregivers.
However, the residents gave the facility below-average scores for meals, ease of move-in, and activities.
