Robbery and Assault Reported at the Oasis
Just before midnight a caller said they and their girlfriend were assaulted by a man and a woman at the Oasis Convenient Mart. He said the man had a knife, and the pair fled towards Mabert in a Black SUV.
Officers found a vehicle matching the description in the 1500 block of Mabert. They had the vehicle towed and took information for a report.
Drive Thru Crash at Dairy Queen
Officers responded to a crash in the drive Thru Line at Dairy Queen just before 8:30 pm.
Witnesses said a man hit the car in front of him and then backed into another car before taking off. Police found him sitting in the parking lot at Penn Station.
Officers said that since it was a private property crash, no report was needed. They got the insurance information for the vehicle at fault.
Bad Behavior at the Taco Bell
A man contacted police at 10 pm to report his 16-year-old was acting up at the Taco Bell.
Police caught up with the family at the BP and advised the teenager to behave. They also explained the process of having a child declared unruly to the parent.
Drunk and Disorderly at Burger King
Just before midnight, police responded to a report of a man lying in the Burger King Lot. Officers took the man into custody for drunk and disorderly conduct.
