The Royal Inn continues to be a frequent source of calls to Portsmouth Police.
At 10 pm, police responded to a call about a man and a woman arguing in a room. At first, the man refused to open the door to his room, but eventually complied.
Officers stood by while the woman gathered her things and left.

About two hours later, police responded to another call related to the motel. A man said his wallet was stolen while he was visiting one of the rooms. Officers met him at the Oasis Convenient Mart and took information for a report.
