Officers were called in to assist after a caller reported that an elderly woman had wandered away from a downtown restaurant just after 1 pm.
The callers said the woman was living with dementia and had headed off in an unknown direction from the Chillicothe Street eatery.

Fortunately, the woman’s husband managed to locate her in Tracy Park just a few minutes later. He took her back to the restaurant.
