1. Strange Behavior at the Lucasville Speedway
Just after noon, witnesses reported a man with a grey beard carrying a large rock at the Lucasville Speedway.
They said the man yelled at customers, saying the military, cops, and everyone else needed to die.
When officers caught up with the man, he seemed calm. They reported he was upset about something that happened in the 1980s and the fact that his belongings had been removed from the last place he left them.
Officers advised him to calm down.
2. Mailbox and Trash Cans Set on Fire on Besco Road
Just before 1 pm, a Besco Road resident told officers someone set his mailbox and trash cans on fire.
