Strange Behavior on Mabert Road – Woman Arrested For Third Time in 10 Days
Portsmouth Police arrested a woman for the third time in 10 days after reports of some strange behavior on Mabert Road.
Just after 10 am, witnesses said a young woman in dark clothes was checking vehicles and talking to herself.
When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered a woman with open warrants and took her into custody.
This was her third arrest so far this year. Back on January 8, police picked her up for disorderly conduct. She was immediately released from jail, and officers arrested her again on January 9 for criminal trespass. This time, police booked her for failing to appear in court on the previous disorderly conduct charge.
This was her 12th time in the Scioto County Jail.
