A Summit Street resident called 9-1-1 just after 4:30 pm to report a strange man walked into their home and then left the area with a dog.
Another neighbor told police the man was now on Boundary, and officers caught up with him a few minutes later.
Police took Lonnie Dunn into custody for burglary and aggravated menacing.
Dunn was arrested back on May 20 for aggravated menacing and criminal damaging. Dunn has at least 45 prior arrests, including disorderly conduct, obstruction of official business, weapons charges, petty theft, assault, aggravated burglary, public indecency, drug abuse, domestic violence, theft by deception, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief.
Officers booked him into the Scioto County Jail.
