Once again, officers responded to another report of a tot found wandering the streets.
Around 5:20 pm, a caller reported a missing 3-year-old and said the child had been gone from their Waller Street home for about 15 minutes.

A few minutes later, an officer found the child in Bannon Park. A woman in the park said the child had been in the park with no adults around for about 40 minutes.
Police advised the mother that they were calling CPS. Officers described the conditions of the tot’s home as ‘deplorable.’
