Toddlers Reported Missing at Woodbine Apartments

Police received a report of two missing toddlers just after 11 a.m. The mom said she was on the phone with her caseworker when the two slipped out the door without anyone noticing.
Five minutes later, she called back to say a neighbor spotted the children near the road and returned them to her.
