Trouble at the Taco Bell in Portsmouth
Just before 5 pm, officers responded to the Taco Bell on Gallia for a report of a disturbance.
Employees said the man bought food and was eating it in the lobby. He kept stepping outside to smoke a cigarette and played music loudly on his phone. He also made loud, unpleasant comments to the staff and customers. He left the property.
However, he turned up at the Oasis Convenient Mart at 5:32 pm. An employee activated the panic alarm. Officers issued a no-trespass warrant and advised him to leave the property. He left.
Meanwhile at Speedway
- A woman contacted police from Speedway to report someone punched her boyfriend just after 6 pm. Officers said there was no video of the assault, but took information for a report.
- At 11:50 pm, a woman told police she left her purse at Speedway but it was now missing. An officer watched the store video with the manager and saw the woman leave with the purse. She said she must have lost it at home.
Gun Pulled At Fight
Police responded to Robinson Avenue at 9:30 pm for a report of multiple people fighting. One man allegedly pulled out a gun.
Officers detained several people. Two men involved fled the scene. Officers collected several items for impound and took a woman into custody.
