Just before 4 a.m., medics and officers responded to a home on 4th Street after a report that two men had overdosed at a recovery house.
When officers arrived, they learned one man was a resident, and another had sneaked into the facility. Neither man required hospitalization, and both agreed to leave in the care of the overdose quick response team.
Just before noon, a caller reported their husband had overdosed on heroin at a Lincoln Street Home. However, the man came to on his own and refused medical assistance.
Right before midnight, a caller reported an unresponsive overdose victim on 7th Street. People on the scene gave the woman Narcan, and she was alert by the time an ambulance arrived. She refused medical treatment from EMS.
