Two Women Arrested for Phone Robbery at Kroger

Police arrested two women after a caller reported an assault at Kroger on Gay Street. The caller said two women attacked her and stole her phone.

Police caught Abigail and Summer Armstrong on 4^th Street and took them both into custody.

After questioning the pair at the police station, officers charged them with robbery and booked them into the Scioto County Jail.
