Officers were called to the Portsmouth Little League Field on Gallia to investigate a report of breaking and entering just after 11:30 a.m.
Vandals spray-painted the door of one restroom and kicked in the door of the other, bending the lock. According to police, it appeared someone was living inside the restroom. Police took information for a report.
There was another report of damage on Bertha Avenue. A pipe company said someone damaged a skid steer and a backhoe. They estimated it would take between $3,000 and $4,000 to repair the equipment. Officers took information for a report.
