A woman landed behind bars at the Scioto County Jail for at least the 20th time after Portsmouth Police Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in an alley in the 2100 block of 7th Street.
Officers discovered April Dawn White had open warrants.

They arrested her for obstructing official business and failure to appear.
Police took White into custody back in December for theft and possession of drugs. Officers booked her into the Scioto County Jail.
