Portsmouth Police lent a hand to New Boston Officers after they took a wanted woman into custody just before 9 am in the 3200 block of Rhodes Avenue.
An officer transported Shelly Stidham to the Scioto County Jail and booked her on an open warrant for aggravated menacing.
Stidham has made three prior visits to the jail, twice for being a fugitive from justice in Kentucky and once for contempt.
