West Portsmouth Man Hit with 22 Drug Charges
William Bradford, 47, of West Portsmouth, is facing nearly two dozen drug-related charges after the most recent session of the Scioto County Grand Jury.
The grand jury returned indictments on a laundry list of charges, including:
- 5 counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound
- 5 counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound
- 4 counts of trafficking in heroin
- 4 counts of possession of heroin
- Trafficking in cocaine
- Possession of cocaine
- Aggravated trafficking in drugs
- Aggravated possession of drugs
- Tampering with evidence.
Bradford was arrested back on April 19 and held on a $100,000 bond. Portsmouth Municipal Court found him indigent on April 25, and a public defender was appointed to his case. He’s due back in court on June 8.
