Just before 2 pm, a caller contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office after she said a vehicle was speeding up Bierley Road, and the wheel fell off and hit her vehicle.
Dispatch called in the Ohio State Patrol and sent a deputy to make sure there was no trouble at the scene.
