Woman Assaulted – Man Busted for 18th Time
Police arrested a man with a history of domestic violence incidents after a woman reported an assault in Wayne Hills on Sunday morning.
Officers caught up with Carless Cummings on 7th Street and took him into custody for a probation violation and domestic violence.
Cummings was arrested twice during August for violating protection orders. Police have booked him into the Scioto County Jail on 17 previous occasions for charges including having weapons under a disability, possessing drug abuse instruments, criminal damaging, domestic violence, and aggravated menacing.
The court set his bond at $25,000.
