Officers were called in to break up a 5th disturbance after a man called 911 to report a group of people wanted to fight him and his brother.
When officers arrived on the scene, they detained a man and a woman. After investigating, they determined the woman was the primary aggressor.
Officers took Kimberly Stephens into custody and charged her with domestic violence.
