A woman contacted PPD at 2 pm to report a disturbing incident. She told officers she believed her roommates had killed her dogs.
The woman said the fire department had retrieved her deceased dog from a vent the day before. She was currently in treatment, and not home when the incident happened, however, she claimed her roommates had threatened to kill her dogs in the past.

The roommates were not supposed to be in her place while she was gone, and a friend who had been feeding the dog had discovered it deceased.
She had no direct evidence of wrongdoing. Officers took information for a report.
