Officers received a call from SOMC after medical personnel said a woman they treated for drug use told them her parents and children were being threatened by someone with a gun. She refused to give details but claimed other neighbors had also been threatened.

Officers hadn’t received any calls about threats, but they headed to the home to check on the family. Deputies spoke to the woman’s mother, who said she had custody of her grandchildren and the mother does not live there. She said everything was fine.
