Officers responded to Dogwood Ridge Road after a woman said her neighbor threatened to burn her house down after an incident over grass clippings.
The woman, the man, cut his grass and threw the clippings onto her property. She said she told him not to put clippings in her yard. She said the man then said, “I’m just going to burn it.”
The woman said she wasn’t sure if he meant the grass or was threatening her home. She also said the man had issues with other neighbors. However, she didn’t want to press charges; she just wanted the police to note the incident if something else happened.
