A woman accused her grandmother of stealing her children’s rabbit during a custody dispute.
She contacted PPD at 6 pm to say she came home to find the rabbit missing. She said she is currently in court with her grandmother who had been granted temporary custody of her children. She told officers she believed the grandmother came to her house and took the rabbit.
Officers asked if it was possible the woman’s children might have retrieved their rabbit and she said it was possible. However, she still wanted to press charges against her grandmother for coming to her home. Officers took information for a report.
