All Grandstand Shows Free with Admission! Daily Admission – $10.00 for 2 and Older

Active Duty Armed Services Members Admitted Free With Official Identification

4-H Market Hog Arrival: Weighing, & Penning, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. only

4-H Lamb & Goat Arrival: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. All lambs & Goats must be penned by 5:00 p.m.

4-H Poultry & Rabbit Check-In: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

4-H Building: Booth Set-up, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sign-in noon – 5:00p.m.

Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

4-H Building: Still, Clothing, Food & Nutrition, etc. Project Sign-in, noon – 5:00 p.m.

Farm Products Building: Entries accepted for Art, Farm Products, Fruits & Nuts, Culinary, & Needlework Departments, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Open Horse Show, 1:00 p.m.

Rabbit Building: Market Rabbits Must Be Penned by 5:30 p.m. & Weighed at 6:00 p.m.

Livestock Complex: Weigh 4-H Lambs & Goats, 6:00 p.m.

Immediately after Sheep & Goat Weigh-in – All specie barn meeting in the arena

Grandstand: Entertainment by HIGH SCHOOL SHOWCASE OF BANDS – 5:00 p.m.

Local Talent Showcase Tent:  Josh Stewart Band -7:00 pm

Livestock Complex: All 4-H Beef Projects must be Penned, 7:30 a.m.

Farm Products Building: Entries accepted for Art, Farm Products, Fruits & Nuts, Culinary, & Needlework Departments, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Livestock Complex: Weigh 4-H Steers, 8:00 a.m.

Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Poultry Building: 4-H Poultry Show, 9:00 a.m.

Tablescapes setup and entries turn in.  9:00a.m. – 12:00 noon, Judging begins at noon.

4-H Building: Booth Construction & Project Sign-in, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Farm Products Building: Flower Show, 11:00 a.m.

4-H Building: Booth Judging, 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m. (Building Closed Until Judging Completed)

4-H Fair Beautification Projects & all other Projects must be registered and in place, Judging of Beautification Projects: 12:00 noon

Cloverbud Interviews, 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Local Talent Showcase Tent

Livestock Complex: 4-H Sheep Show, 5:00 p.m.

Grandstand: Introduction of Fair Queen and Court – TBA

Farm Products Building: Farm Products, Fruits & Nuts Judging, 6:00 p.m.

4-H Club Glow Parade 8:30pm.   Clubs will line up in the South Parking lot at 8:00 p.m.

After Parade – Tablescapes Award ceremony, 4-H Building.  Displays may be removed following the ceremony.  Awards forfeited if removed prior to the ceremony

Local Talent Showcase Tent: Blackwater Road -7:00 pm

Farm Products Building: Culinary & Needlework Judging, 8:00 a.m.

Rabbit Barn: 4-H Rabbit Show, 9:00 a.m.

Horse Arena: 4-H Western Horse Show, 9:00am

Livestock Arena:  Working Goat Exhibition, 9:00 a.m.

4-H Dairy Goat Show (Immediately following Working Goats)

Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Livestock Arena: Pet Show open to Scioto County children from ages 2 to 12, 12:00 noon

Rabbit Barn: 4-H Cloverbud Rabbit Show, immediately following 4-H Rabbit Show, but will not start before 2:00 p.m.

Livestock Arena: Breeding & Market Goat Show, 3:00 p.m.

Grandstand: Formal Opening of Fair, 8:00 p.m.

Local Talent Showcase Tent:  KC the DJ – 8:00 pm

Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Livestock Arena: Sale of Champions – Live Auction (Sale Order: Poultry, Goat, Swine, Rabbit, Sheep & Beef) 1:00 p.m.  The buyer’s registration table opens at 11:00 a.m. (Only the Champion animals from each species will be sold at this live auction)

Livestock Arena – Barnyard Olympics – Clubs must submit entries by Wednesday at noon

Junior Fair Premiums must be picked up at the Junior Fair Premium Office by 5:00 p.m.

Midnight – 4-H Livestock may be removed
