28 Scioto County Indictments: Portsmouth, OH

(Portsmouth, Ohio) Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced today that the Scioto County Grand Jury met and returned 28 Public Indictments. There was 1 No Bill. An indictment is not a conviction. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
