The Scioto County Grand Jury indicted two people on child sex charges during its latest session.
Police booked Carrie Shipley, 36, into the Scioto County Jail at 11 pm on Thursday on charges of unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
That came after the Scioto County Grand Jury filed indictments against the 36-year-old Wayne Hills Resident on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and endangering children earlier in the day, and the Scioto County Prosecutor requested a warrant for her arrest. Details on what prompted her indictment were redacted on the court record.
The next day, PPD arrested 25-year- old Austin Hayslip of Sciotoville on the same charges after he was indicted.
