4 Local Women Say “Not Guilty” To Rape Charges
Appearing before Judge Harcha via video feed from the Scioto County Jail, four women all pleaded “Not Guilty” to multiple counts of rape and other charges.
Magan Richmond was represented by attorney Matthew Loesch.

Beverly Holbrook was represented by attorney Gene Meadows.
Holbrook is charged with:
- 2 Counts Rape
- Compelling Prostitution
- 2 Counts Obstructing Justice
- Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity
Tasha Stringer was represented by attorney Richard Wolfson.
Stringer is charged with:
- 4 Counts Rape
- Compelling Prostitution
- 2 Counts Obstructing Justice
- Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity
Kathryn McMullen was represented by attorney Shawn Stratton.
McMullen is charged with:

The defendants appeared together in the live stream and stepped forward when their name was called. The attorney for each spoke on their behalf.
Judge Harcha set bail at $250,000 for each defendant and scheduled a pre-trial hearing for August 26th, 2020.
