Officers rushed to the scene and wasted no time slapping the cuffs on Eleucadio Ambrocio, hauling him straight to the Scioto County Jail on charges of gross sexual imposition and being a wanted fugitive.

Ambrocio faced a judge the next morning in Portsmouth Municipal Court, where his fate began to unfold. A preliminary hearing is set for February 27 at 9:30 AM, and the prosecutor’s office is bringing in witnesses to testify.
