A Portsmouth woman contacted police just before 10 am to report that another woman had threatened her with a firearm.
She’d previously reported the woman for stealing her car, resulting in the woman and her husband going to jail.
The caller said the woman she had arrested was driving up and down her street waving a gun and screaming, “I’m going to get you, bi–h!”

She said she had a protection order in place against the woman, but officers could not locate it in the system.
Police told her to call them if the woman returned and advised her to check with the courts about the protection order.
