Adaleigh Jo Truitt
Adaleigh Jo Truitt, the infant daughter of Justin Drake and Courtney M. Truitt, died Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
Along with her parents, Adaleigh is survived by a sister Oakleigh Truitt, maternal grandparents, Norman and Jennifer Hall, and paternal grandparents Tom and Sarrah Truitt and Jennifer Cantrell.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott with Brian Holbrook officiating. Family and friends will gather at 12:30.
