Desperate individuals will do desperate things to feed a drug habit, including breaking the law to get their hands on used needles.
Just after 12:30 pm, a local animal hospital told police people were breaking the locks off their dumpsters to retrieve used needles.
The clinic wasn’t sure who was cutting the locks, but thought they might have video of the individuals.
