Angel Dale Rose Wiley 11, of Sciotoville, Ohio gained her wings to heaven when she passed away in a tragic accident at her home on Sunday, August 1, 2021.
The Scioto County Native was born April 16, 2010, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the daughter of Billy Jack Wiley and Melissa Ann Poplin. Angel had just completed the 4th grade at Portsmouth East Elementary School where her teacher for Home Room was Mrs. Bobst and Mrs. Cindy Neal was her Reading and Math Teacher. She was already looking forward to the 5th grade. She loved to ride and travel with her dad and was a daddies girl, she loved to dance, and LOL dolls,
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; Dale and Claudette Poplin.
In addition to her parents, she was is survived by a brother; Archie James Wiley, a half-sister; Makayla Wiley, her paternal grandparents; Arville Rose Wiley and James Robert Wiley and a host of family and friends.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021, in the Living Word Church 9 Highland Ave; Portsmouth, Ohio (Church is in Sciotoville) with Rev. William Baldridge, Rev. Omar Baldridge, and Rev. Tim Cassidy officiating. Friends may call from 1:00 pm till the time of Services at the Church.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, August 9, 2021, in the Vernon Cemetery at Ashley Corner (State Route 140) .
