Portsmouth Police busted a wanted parolee ODRC warned was ‘dangerous and possibly armed’ after he nodded out in a running vehicle at a traffic light near the Super Quik on Scioto Trail.
An officer revived Jeremy Hill with Narcan, then discovered he had an open warrant for parole violation.

Hill was released on parole on charges of breaking and entering and having a weapon under a disability. Hill refused chemical testing, and officers arranged to have his vehicle towed.
Hill was busted in back in November when a Thomas Avenue woman reported a strange guy with sores on his face dressed in dirty clothes kept looking in her window. He left before the police arrived but returned 10 minutes later. She said he was now on her back porch screaming and yelling.
When officers arrived, he took off running, but after police checked the area, they found their man. They say he lied about his identity at first, but they were able to check the name he gave them against BMV photos. Eventually, he admitted to being Jeremy Hill.
Hill made a return trip to the Scioto County Jail, where he’s previously been booked for parole violation, theft, breaking and entering, complicity to commit aggravated robbery, forgery, felonious assault, and contempt of court.
