A 44-year-old woman flipped out and went on a rampage targeting sleeping first responders. Cops say Kellie Boggs grabbed an ax, attacked a man, and then busted her way into a Carter County EMS Station.
Startled first responders were awakened by the sound of shattering glass and discovered Boggs inside their station.
The EMS crew held the seemingly deranged woman at gunpoint until police arrived.

First responders also discovered the victim of the attack in a ditch behind the station with a facial injury caused by the ax attack.
Police arrested Boggs, of Grayson, on charges of assault and criminal mischief.
