A man called Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies to report that his ATV was stolen after he loaned it to someone to drive to a rehab center.
He said he gave someone permission to drive the vehicle there, but that person got arrested.

The ATV owner said he was supposed to pick up the vehicle, but someone made off with it before he could get there.
The rehab facility had security footage of the theft and said they would provide it to officers.
