A routine traffic stop just west of Twin Bridges turned into a two-for-one arrest after officers say a woman tried—and failed—to hide her true identity.
Police pulled over the vehicle and took Shana Parker into custody, but not before she allegedly gave officers a fake name. That didn’t last long. Officers quickly figured out who she really was and discovered she was wanted for failure to appear and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Her night only got worse: Parker was also charged with fictitious plates after officers checked the tags.
Her passenger, Amanda Fisher, didn’t escape trouble either. Police say she was a fugitive from justice, and she was arrested on the spot.
Officers arranged for the vehicle to be towed and impounded, and both women were booked into the Scioto County Jail.
