A tip from a citizen led officers to the man suspected of robbing an Amish teenager at gunpoint. But cops weren’t the only ones searching for the suspect.
Pike County Sheriff’s Deputies caught up with 30-year-old Jason Holloway of Beaver, Ohio, late Friday night and took him into custody.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, a 15-year-old boy was driving his horse-drawn buggy down Cove Road around 4:30 pm on Thursday when a masked man in a black truck with tinted windows, halo headlights, and silver and black aftermarket wheels pulled up and robbed the boy at gunpoint.
Officers charged Holloway with robbery and booked him into the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
Holloway seems to be in conflict with other individuals as well. Yesterday a man shared Holloway’s commercial driver’s license on Facebook and offered money to anyone who could tell him where Holloway was or bring him to him.

Multiple individuals commented on the post to say that they’d had money issues with Holloway as well.
