Belva Rheadawn Berry, a lifetime resident of Portsmouth, went home to be with the Lord on September 14, 2026, at the age of 65.
Belva was born to Eddie and Mary Liles on July 9, 1961. She worked in retail and enjoyed reading books, especially the Bible, watching church services, and binge-watching movies with her son.
Belva was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Marlin Liles, Carlos Liles, E. A. Liles, and J. B. Liles; her sister, Darina Goff; and her beloved son, Joeseth Bolton.
She is survived by her sons, Steven (Kortni) Bolton of Portsmouth, Ohio, and Russell (Ashley) Bolton of Richmond, Kentucky; her brothers, Dallas Liles of South Shore, Kentucky, and Valencela “Salis” (Michael) Liles of Las Vegas; her grandchildren, Austin Barry, Steven Bolton, Donald Hudson, Brooklyn Bolton, Whitney Campbell, Wyatt Campbell, Raelen Bolton, and Rosalee Bolton. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, Belva will be cremated, with her cremains to be buried at a later date in the family cemetery.
